We have finished ECU tuning for the Kawasaki ZX-10R. Excellent gains were made, the bike now making 199 Dynojet HP at the rear wheel, what’s more is the gains are carried right throughout the rev range. Solid torque gains also. Details and results below:
- Low gear power limiters removed
- Disable fuel cut for flawless throttle control
- Re-program for max power and improved rideability at all rpm and throttle positions
- Cooling fan activation point lowered
- Reduced engine braking on decel – remove fuel cut
- Complete re-curve of ignition timing at all throttle positions
- Raise rev-limit to 14,500 rpm
- O2 sensor function disabled for stable AFRs
- Remove O2 sensor FI code
- Remove Exhaust Valve Servo – No FI Code
- AFR’s optimised – no need for PCV or any other fuel controller
- +15 RWHP Peak
